Public Photo and Media Sharing Explicit Consent

I understand that event photos are limited by default to event participants and members of the relevant club. If I choose “Public,” the photo, my username, the sharing time and the linked event or club information may be visible to RUCONN users and to anyone who can access the post.

If other people appear in the content I share, I have been informed that I must have the permissions and legal basis required for sharing, and that those people may submit a complaint or removal request.

I may withdraw this choice through the post’s visibility setting or delete the content. Withdrawal takes effect prospectively; technical backups are removed within no more than 30 days.
