Background Location Explicit Consent

I have been informed that, as explained in the separate Location Data Notice, RUCONN may continuously obtain my approximate or precise location while the app is closed or running in the background and may process it to update location-based event features and calculate my approximate distance from an event starting point.

I understand that raw location history is generally retained for no more than 30 days and that, due to map, cloud and technical infrastructure services, transfers to service providers abroad may occur under mechanisms compliant with Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”).

I understand that background location is optional and that I may continue to use my account if I do not consent or later withdraw my consent; only location updates while the app is not in use will stop working.
