Ruconn Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Ruconn account and related personal data. The page does not offer automatic account deletion. Outcomes match Terms of Use §12.

A. Delete from the app

1. Sign in to the Ruconn app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account (Turkish UI: Hesabı sil).
4. Review the warning and confirm.

When deletion completes, your session ends and you cannot sign in again.

B. If you cannot access the app or your account

Email a deletion request to the address below. This is not self-service; Ruconn processes the request after verifying account ownership.

Send account deletion request

Include in your email

• The email address registered on your Ruconn account
• Your username, if any
• A clear request to delete your account and related personal data

Prefer sending from your registered email address.

Do not send

• Email password
• Ruconn login password
• SMS verification codes
• Payment card details
• Unnecessary identity documents or other sensitive data

Ruconn will never ask you to share your password by email.

C. Verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s account, we may verify ownership (for example by responding to your registered email or another secure method). Extra verification may be required if the request comes from an unregistered address.

D. Effects of deletion

When processing completes:

• Your account is closed.
• Active sessions end.
• You cannot sign in again.
• Identifying information and related personal data that need not be retained by law are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
• Shared chat messages may remain in account-unlinked or anonymized form.
• Past event, participation, membership, and follow records may be retained in anonymized form for service integrity, security, or legal obligations.
• Legal retention, fraud prevention, security, report, and dispute records may be kept for the required period.
• If you are an Organization owner, the Organization you own is archived and removed from discovery and general public visibility.

Cleanup of some related records may take additional time. Deletion cannot be undone once completed. See the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice.
